Where do you buy your supplies from?

Our production facility orders all supplies including papers and inks from a national trade supplier that supplies many production facility that print actual diplomas and transcripts for schools across the United States!

How do I place an order?

It's very easy to order. First, depending on what type of document you need, visit one of our sections including diplomas, transcripts, or combo packages! From there, choose the document that registers with the location of your school. We offer hundreds of options, allowing us to create the most realistic diplomas for anybody anywhere! For instance, if your school your document is from is located in Arkansas, you'd want to choose our "Fake Arkansas College Diploma" or "Fake Arkansas GED" to ensure your fake diploma looks and feels authentic! Our site is very easy to use and products are simple to order! Once you fill out our order form, add the item to your cart, and check out... your order is immediately sent down to our production facility where we will begin work on realistic diploma or transcript, depending on your product preference.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately, because you want to make sure everything is spelled correctly including the name on your document and names are inputted correctly, we ask that all orders are placed online so that you can check your details as you submit them and prevent any errors. If you are having technical issues placing the order online, we do offer assistance via live chat, phone and email. Try chat first for the quickest response.

What seal will be on my document?

It's entirely up to you. Our product options display recommended seals based upon preferences we suggest for the document you are interested in.

What signatures will be on my document?

It is illegal to forge the names of real people on our documents. Instead, we use realistic names that appear official. Like most signatures, our replacement signatures pass as real signatures and as a company, we have yet to receive any complaints regarding them from customers. If people do start to complain, we would rethink our policy as with anything, customer satisfaction is our greatest goal.

Do you offer a product guarantee?

Yes. You have 30 days to report any issues with your document(s) upon receiving them. More information is posted in the following FAQs below this one.

What if I get my order spot a mistake on it (ie: I put the wrong graduation date)?

Every order we produce is carefully screened by our production facility to make sure your documents are free of mistakes. Even though we have a 99.5% success rate, mistakes do occasionally happen because we are human!

If you think you spot a mistake on your document, please confirm this by checking your invoice and looking over your order details to make sure you didn't enter in something incorrectly! In other words, did you mean to say you graduated in May but put June by accident? If you've lost your email invoice, we recommend that you use our "Track Your Order" feature (located on the left hand side of this page), to access information on your existing order(s). Simply enter in your order# or the email address you used to place your order, and our system will email you links to access previous order details.

If the mistake was made on your end, you will be responsible to pay a reprint fee which is $25 or $40 USD depending on whether a diploma, transcript or package was purchase. The $25 or $40 will be charged plus the cost of shipping again with FedEx. Free Ground Shipping is not available on reprints.

In the case of a mistake that was made by us, the document will be corrected once the mistake is confirmed and shipped within 24 business hours, using your original shipping method of choice, if the mistake is reported and documented by 12 noon Eastern.

There are two ways to report mistakes. If you use our "Track Your Order" feature and are viewing your order details, you'll spot a link up top that says, "email us about this order". Please click this and carefully document your concerns. If you made a mistake on your own, let us know and we will email you our link to purchase our $25 or $30 reprint request.

Once we get your message, we will forward it to our production staff. You can also email them directly at production (at) buyafakediploma.com. All requests must be in writing, not taken over the phone, to ensure that the details are properly and carefully documented.
