What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you do not have a credit card, consider purchasing a Visa Gift Card or a Pre-Paid Visa at any local store such as Target or Wal-Mart. Visa Gift Cards can be purchased in $50 and $100 increments.
If you do decide to pay with a pre-paid creidt cards or Visa or American Express gift cards, remember that it takes some time for the cart to activate for online purchanges, Once you purchase a card, please call the phone number on the back of the card to register your name and billing address over the phone. When you place an order, that will be the billing address that you must order to process an order! If you do not submit an address, the system will not recognize the address you enter and deny your payment.
We currently are not set-up to accept money orders, Western Union, or Money Gram. We appreciate your understanding.
Do you accept PayPal?
We have had a few clients that have had their PayPal accounts hacked, and do not wish to align our company with their practices. Instead, we use a fully encrypted payment processor which implements online fraud prevention software, to process secured credit card payments.
Is it safe to place orders online?
Absolutely! We have appropriate physical, electronic and procedural security safeguards to protect and secure the information we collect. Our Websites use Secure Sockets Layering (SSL) to encrypt your personal credit information including your credit card number, before it travels over the Internet. SSL technology is the standard for secure online transactions. Because we use SSL, placing an order online on our Website is just as safe as giving your credit card number over the phone (actually, it is probably safer).
What do I need to know when placing an order online?
You will need the actual card in front of you, because you'll need all of the card numbers on the front, the expiration date, name, and the last 3 digits on the back of the card... in order to process a payment.
You will also need to know the billing address for your credit card. This is the address, your issuing bank currently has on file with you. If you purchased a prepaid credit card, be sure to activate it before using it! Please call the number on the back of the card to provide a name and address for ordering purposes. If you try to place an order before doing this, it will decline since no address was previously registered.
Please understand that when we process your payment, your billing details with your credit card's issuing bank (name, address, etc) are sent to our processor which checks to make sure everything matches with what is on file and that the card isn't reported lost or stolen. While this process takes place, the funds are temporarily held with your bank, so you do not spend the money elsewhere. If the authorization falls off, the funds are released in 48 to 72 hours. We have absolutely no control over this delay, and apologize for any frustration that it may cause you. That is why we ask that you verify all billing information before processing an order online.
