We ship all of our packages out using FedEx! Once you shipping label is created for your package, a tracking number will be sent you via e-mail from FedEx. Within a few hours, you will be able to track your package at fedex.com. Additional questions and answers about shipping are posted below:
When Will My Item Ship?
Our daily cutoff is 'noon EST time of any business day. As long as you place an order before 'noon, it will ship out with FedEx using your preferred shipping method (see our chart below). Delays may occur due to nature and other acts beyond our control. We do have a 99.8% delivery rate with FedEx though.
How soon can I get my package
We offer a variety of FedEx shipping options including 2-Day Air, 3-Day, plus Canada shipping options and options for other International customers. If you want your document the day after it ships, choose overnight shipping. If you want it 2 days after we ship it, choose 2-day shipping. It's very simple. More information is posted below.
How much extra does shipping cost?
We offer set rates based upon where your package is being shipped to. Use the following chart as a guide. The final price, of course, would be the cost of the document plus shipping.

Do you offer FREE shipping?
No. We do offer FedEx Smartpost shipping for as little as $10 dollars. This option is available to customers in the United States only (all lower 48 states). The package takes about 5 to 10 days to arrive and does not include a tracking number. Talk to a chat representative about any discount coupons we may have active which can help save you money on shipping!
What will my FedEx package look like?
All of our packages ship in sturdy flat packages to ensure protection of your documents. The package itself nor your document(s) will mention our website, fake diplomas, diplomas, or anything relating to our product and/or services.
Must I sign for my package?
Our credit card processor requires that all packages we shipped that were paid for using a credit card are signed for by the cardholder themselves. This is a requirement that we have zero control over. Remember, you can ship to other locations like your work or maybe a hotel you are staying at, if you are not available at the location listed as your credit card's billing address.
If you aren't going to be home for the FedEx driver, you can also try leaving a signed note for the driver asking him to leave the package unattended. He or she may honor this, but they in some cases may remain responsible for lost packages and may choose to not do so. They make the final call.
We also can ask that your package be held at your local FedEx hub and you can come and pick it up on your own time. If you wish to have FedEx hold your package, please document that request in your order notes, so that our shipping department is made aware of any special requests.
